  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediatelyif the item is defective, damat provide photographic evidencealong with your order details so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

  Where a r confirmed fault, damage, orincorrect item, the customer will not be charged return shipping costs or a restocking fee.

  Excepts

  All items purchased on sale are final and are not eligible for return.

  Exchan

  We do not offer direct exchanges.

  If you wish to replace an item, you should return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

  Refunds

  If approvocessed to your original payment method. The refund amount will be reduced by any applicable return shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee. Pleaseays for the refund to beprocessed.
