Delivery Area
Alyn Haus currently delivers within Australia only, to every state and territory including regional addresses. We are not yet able to ship internationally.
Shipping Cost
Standard delivery is free on every order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. At checkout you can also choose Premium Insured Delivery for a flat AUD $2.95.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched from warehouses within Australia. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your location, with metro areas at the faster end and regional or remote addresses at the slower end. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays can occur during peak periods, weather events or carrier disruptions.
Large Items
Treadmills, walking pads and benches are delivered as bulky freight. Where possible, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and check the packaging before signing. If you notice any damage, photograph it and contact us as soon as possible at hello@alynhaus.com.au with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
Order Tracking
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or shows as delivered when the parcel has not arrived, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier on your behalf.
